We re-visit every Project approximately 4-6 weeks after completion. We do this to ensure you are still 110% happy with your Patio and Nathan is happy everything is as it should be.

Meet The Team
Nathan
Business Owner & Landscaper
Nathan left school at 16 and went straight into a Bricklaying Apprenticeship, where he gained his NVQ within 2 years. Within a few months of Laying Bricks on building sites he began to find it extremely monotomous and boring.
He moved into working for various Landscaping Companies where he continued to use his Bricklaying Skills to build garden walls, as well as gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience learning all the other aspects of Landscaping.
Over the following years he realised he had a gift for laying Gorgeous Patios, and found an area of Landscaping he enjoyed the most.
It then came time to move on and start his own company, and there was only one obvious choice for him – Laying gorgeous Patios!
He wanted to stick to One Specific area and Perfect his Trade rather than being a ‘jack of all trades’. This is where ‘Prime Patios’ was established. Nathan built our Business one brick at a time, placing them perfectly to ensure you get a Patio we can all be proud of.

Customer Services
Carlene has been with Prime Patios from the very start and is who you will talk to anytime you contact the office. She is on hand from the start of your experience with us and whenever you need her throughout.
As Nathan’s wife, she quit her job and began the task of helping him offer his Patio Service to people like yourself.
With a background in customer service she brought her skills with her and combined with her naturally pleasant personality will ensure your experience with us here at Prime Patios is pleasurable from the start.
It’s her job to keep things running smoothly and ensure our high standards are maintained. Nothing is ever a problem or too big (or small) to ask of her. You can be sure she will get to the bottom of any enquiry with lightning speed!
