We offer Quotations. Our quotes are never an estimate. You will have a home visit with Nathan and he will measure up, have a chat with you and get everything he needs to give you a full quotation which will never change unless you wish to amend a feature.

Sealing your patio is an optional extra. The earliest this can be done is 4 weeks after the Paving is laid, to allow it to breathe and settle. Then it is down to personal preference if you would like it re-done every year or two. It protects against weed, moss and mould and you can choose a natural or wet-look.

We are extremely considerate during your project and noise will be kept to a minimum. Your garden will be kept as tidy as possible thoughout your project and we will leave it spotlessly clean.

Yes we always lay a 100mm thick, Type 1 Scalpins sub-base under our Patios. We also compact it tightly using a compacor plate.

We find it most efficient to work in a team of 2 or 3. Nathan will always be present on your project to answer any questions you may have and Carlene is on hand in the office if you need anything outside of his working hours.

This can vary throughout the year, but we do try to keep our lead time down by taking on a limited amount of projects. This way Nathan can give your project his full devotion and ensure our high standards are reached. 2-8 weeks is a good average.

Yes, we always use a product called ‘Easy-Joint’. Its the best product on the market and lasts for years to come. It also comes in a variety of colours so it suits and enhances all Patio choices.

In order to get the most out of the working day but still be considerate to you and your neighbours, we aim to start at 8am and are generally finished before 4pm.

Carlene works from an office at home and will be available at most times to take calls and emails before, during and after your project is completed.

Yes, most definitely. We pay our Local Council to be a Registered Waste Carrier. We hold the relevant Licence and are covered by Insurance.
